AM Cleaning Academy LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides digital, self-paced educational course materials for the residential cleaning industry. Courses are currently organized into tiers (Starter, Builder, and Owner) and may be expanded over time to include additional tiers or standalone courses. Courses are delivered as downloadable digital materials (currently PDF format) accessible after purchase. Each course is a one-time purchase; we do not offer subscriptions at this time.
3. Purchases and Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information at checkout, including a valid email address, to receive access to your purchased materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any download links or materials sent to you and for all activity associated with your order.
4. License to Use Course Materials
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:

Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of any content to you — only the limited license described above.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. Payment is processed securely through Stripe via our WooCommerce store. We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.
7. Refund Policy
Because our courses are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once course materials have been downloaded or accessed. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your purchased materials, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting supportteam@amcleaningacademy.com.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Course materials are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, income, certifications, or results from completing our courses. Your success depends on factors outside our control, including your own effort and local market conditions.
